Management as accepted social practice

When Foucault wrote the words “Power is tolerable only if it masks a substantial part of itself” (Foucault, 1979), he was referring to how inequalities can be created and maintained in subtle, seemingly humane and freely adopted social practices such as managerialism.

Beware of wolves in sheeps’ clothing.
