My take on relational leadership


pgA relational leader is not simply someone who has a friendly disposition or who is great at developing relationships. Rather, it is someone who is able to co-author with others, through conversations, ethical, meaningful and life-giving relationships in a given human system, for example, in the workplace. It is within the mutuality of these conversations that new possibilities, creativity, imagination and innovation are co-created and then lived out, resulting in thriving people and flourishing communities.

I call this Leadership as curating workplace communities.
