PCG_3838Reflexivity begins by asking ourselves how our assumptions influence the way we think and act; and, noticing how the choices that we make, as a result of these assumptions, contribute to our social reality.

It involves accepting responsibility for our part in what is being co-created; and inviting others to do the same.

Reflexive thinking opens up possibilities for co-creating better worlds, in that, unhelpful patterns of behaviour or unintentional consequences (such as unjust practice that is accepted as norm) can be brought to light and changed.
